The Ultradyne Chassis for Savage Short Action rifles offers many advantages, enhancing both stability and accuracy with its rigid platform and free-floating barrel system. This chassis is crafted from high-quality 6061-T6 Aluminum and finished with either anodize or Cerakote, ensuring durability and a premium look. It provides extensive customization options, featuring adjustable components that allow shooters to tailor the fit to their personal preferences.

The Ultradyne Savage Short Action Chassis is designed to be modular, incorporating an integrated Arca rail for accessory attachment, an optional spigot for extended forend and rail length, and a bridge that can be added that enables night vision compatibility. Ergonomics are significantly improved, enhancing handling and reducing fatigue during extended shooting sessions.

Weighing between 1.1 and 1.3 pounds, depending on the model, the one-piece design is versatile enough for lightweight hunting rifles (as little as 6 pounds) and heavier long-range target rifles (up to 17 pounds). When combined with the Ultradyne Adjustable Butt Stock, it remains lighter than most factory stocks, with the option to add up to 5 pounds using optional weights.

The Ultradyne Chassis includes numerous features such as an adjustable magazine release lever and compatibility with AICS magazines. It is designed to work with any Mil-Spec buffer tube style butt stock, includes a built-in Arca rail, M-LOK slots on three sides, and uses Dynalock technology for a secure fit. The action is secured with V-channel bedding, accommodating free-floated barrels up to 1.35 inches in diameter, with the option to bed the recoil lug. Like all Ultradyne products, the Savage Short Action Chassis is 100% made in the United States.
