I put this brake on my 18” 223 rifle to cut down on overall barrel length, but I definitely didn’t sacrifice performance. My rifle shoots just like a 22 (but crazy loud). I wouldn’t hesitate to get another one down the road.

I bought the 350 legend version for recoil reduction on my AR platform in 350 legend. It definitely reduced the recoil, but wow was it loud. I will definitely recommend these to my customers and others.

  3. Brian

I purchased two Pulse muzzle brakes and I am completely satisfied. At the time, I needed a quality muzzle brake but couldn’t afford to Apollo brakes so I did buy the Pulse brakes and they function superbly. I put these of a 300 Blackout and a 7.62×39 AR and the recoil was drastically reduced and muzzle rise was easily cut by 75% and maybe more. The Pulse is nice if you are on a budget but need a quality brake for your firearm.

  4. David A.

Purchased the Pulse muzzle brake to replace the flash hider on my wife’s IWI Zion (AR-15). This is my second Ultradyne brake, I have an Apollo LR on my Tikka T3X Tac 6.5CM, so I knew the quality and design would be great, not disappointed. Removing the flash-hider was easy, installation of the Pulse with the lock-nut was even easier, and the look is clean and tidy. The recoil reduction and increase in side blast and noise was astonishing. Both straight back and muzzle rise recoil seemed to be diminished significantly. What is also amazing is how much side-blast and increase in loudness, that said, I just purchased another for another build.

  5. BigBuckeye1976

Drastically reduces the recoil and muzzle rise. The only negative is that the other shooters at the range won’t like you : ). I won’t buy a muzzle break from any other manufacturer
